Our Green Councillor for Brundall Ward, Eleanor Laming, reflects the fears of many residents that new large developments cannot be supported by existing infrastructure. As forecast, this is the start of further developments along the route of the NDR on prime agricultural land. The additional housing will contribute to existing traffic congestion and increase air pollution.
Building new doctor and dental surgeries may appear to solve the problem of lack of existing services but they still need to be staffed and we know the necessary professional skills are in short supply.
