Park and Ride site survey launched by Norfolk County Council

Norfolk County Council says:  The current Park & Ride contract has been in place since 2015. During that time, especially since the Covid pandemic, people’s travelling patterns and work / leisure habits have changed and so before we re-new the contract we want to know:

  • what the current users of the service think of it
  • whether the service meets their needs and
  • if people don’t use the service, why not and what might encourage them to use it in future.

The information from this survey will help inform our award of a new contract so that we can deliver a Park & Ride service that meets people’s needs but also costs no more than the budget we have available.

Norwich has 5 Park & Ride sites that serve Norwich city centre and the survey is about those sites:

  • Thickthorn
  • Airport
  • Sprowston
  • Harford
  • Postwick

The site at Costessey serves the hospital and UEA only and the survey is not about that site.

Please complete the survey if you have ever used the Park and Ride service or might consider doing so.  The closing date is 16 December 2023.
