Taylor Wimpey will be submitting an updated planning application for up to 3850 houses in North Rackheath in Broadland with associated facilities including 2 primary schools, a secondary school, employment land, community space and sports provision.
This housing allocation is termed GT16 in the Growth Triangle Area Action Plan allocation in the local plan. The outline application reference is 20220663 and documents can be viewed on the Broadland District Council website.
Changes to the masterplan are ongoing and a further consultation following the initial one is to be held at the following places:
