The Green Party had great results nationally at the General Election on 4 July 2024 with 4 MPs now elected to Parliament. Congratulations to them all, and many thanks to all who helped to make this happen!
Locally we did well too, with all local Green parties receiving over 5% of the votes cast, ensuring that all had their deposits returned.
Our Broadland Green Party candidate, Cllr Jan Davis, answered hundreds of enquiries from residents and organisations, attended all of the main hustings held in the constituency and received 3203 votes - well done Jan and many thanks for all your hard work!
The MP for Broadland and Fakenham constituency is Jerome Mayhew who was re-elected to the post.
