A Veolia survey is seeking residents’ feedback on their recycling and waste collections services along with street cleanliness and overall customer service.
The survey, which is launching for the first time this year, aims to gain valuable feedback on the recycling and waste services offered to residents. Services include collection of paper, cardboard, plastic, tins and glass, a fortnightly garden waste collection and a weekly food waste collection, alongside general waste and a bulky waste collection service.
Councillor Jan Davis, Broadland Portfolio Holder for Environmental Excellence said:
“With the help of our residents Broadland already recycles more than the national average, and I would like to say thank you to our residents for their support. The Council understands the global importance of recycling and we would like to do even better and that’s why we are asking you to tell us how we can improve the service.”
The survey results will feed into future plans for Broadland District Council and Veolia to improve recycling and waste collections across the district.
To remove barriers to digital access, the Customer Satisfaction Survey will be sent to a sample of 7,000 Broadland residents, representative of the district, in paper form with a freepost envelope to return the survey.
There is also an online version of the survey available, which can be completed by any resident who wants to give their views. Complete the online survey.
The survey closes on 1 December 2023
