Green Party district councillor Eleanor Laming points out the disparity between the rhetoric and reality of 20-minute neighbourhoods in an excellent letter published in the EDP. Tory councillor Hempsall might voice support for the concept but the Conservative administration at County Hall is a long way from implementing it.
