Attached is a press article on Pinebanks from the EDP, 10 December 2022. A reconsultation letter has gone out which reduces the number of houses from 725 to 555 homes. The planning application number is 20212058.
It is very unlikely to be able to overturn a development completely if it is already outlined in the local plan but It does indicate that protesting against a development can work in terms of encouraging the developers to resubmit their plans.
Amendments take the form of:
Reduction in number of units
A reduction in development around the veteran trees.
A general reduction in density across the development as a whole.
Information in relation to Nutrient Neutrality and how this has been considered.
