Dr Andrew Boswell’s Judicial Review cases have just got permissions to go to the next stage of a full Judicial Review from Judge Holgate. Thank you everyone who helped with his crowdfunder: your generosity and dedication to protecting nature and climate has got him this far.

The cases for the three Norfolk A47 schemes will be joined into one case for the HIgh Court, and grounds on both
1) no cumulative assessment of the climate impacts of the carbon assessment and
2) that the bat licencing relating to the Norfolk super-colony of barbastelle bats was not done correctly will now be heard in the High Court.
