The Times has launched its Clean It Up campaign which calls for more action to tackle water pollution, something the Green Party have been raising as an issue for years.
The campaign is to raise awareness of this critically important issue and scrutiny on the work being taken to tackle it.
It recognises the challenges faced by our water system from the impacts of pollution, climate change and urbanisation.
Defra have published a response but we need to see real action, now! As they point out, there is significant work to do.
